There he sat in inside the inn of high pass hold sipping his ale deep in thought. He was a tall, cloaked figure, his cloak black as night it self. The spikes protruded threw his armer as if it had seen very much battle. He was a tall northman or so he appeared. His pupils were blood red, like that of a dark elf, yet his face seemed emotionless. He was a very rare breed to Norrath. A Chaos Knight. A very rare breed of assasins, only being seen in times of great war and blood shed. His powers were unequaled by any warrier or shadow knight. He had the power to go about unnoticed, his powers very strange indeed. He had the ability to shapeshift to any race he desired, yet he had the power to strike with the ferocity of a shadow knight and cast powerful spells with the striking power of a wizerd. Yet he was not as one might think a chaos knight to be. He wasnt like most of his kind. He was timid and very reclusive. None knew his name, for he didn't stay in the company of others for very long if at all and even when he did it always led to death. He was tired of death. He was a tortured soul keeping to himself, and most of the time only being seen by other people when he was in the process of a mission, which always involved the deaths of large amounts of people or, in rare cases, powerful figures of high standing.

Cheron was the strangest out of her family. She was human, yes, but she was still strange. Her hair was longer than any other female in her house hold, and as white as snow. This alone was strange for a human. She had been born that way. Her eyes were ice blue, almost otherworldly. Her chosen proffesion was also something strange.
For generations her's had been a family of Priests, warriors, and Mages. Yet, when her first season began, she had taken a much darker path. Her's was the life of an assassin, a rogue. She was used to making her own way, picking the pockets of those she could, and managing escape from the guards a few times when she had nearly been caught.
She smirked silently to herself. Hiding was something she had become a proffesional at. As well as sneaking around. Yet she was odd even for her proffesion. She did not like the assassinations she had to do, nor did she follow the words of the dark prince she was supposed to follow. In most cases, she simply followed her own word and killed those she pleased.
She snuck through the Inn in Highpass Hold, looking for patrons to steal from. She found one next to the strange man who sat alone at his table. Yet the plan she had worked in her mind for stealing her target's tunar, meant that she had to crawl under the strange man's table. So, she did.

He instantly spotted the young rogue and looked down under his table speaking in a cold, emotionless, yet whispered tone." What are you doing? I suggest you not include me in whatever you plan...you may find yourself in a world of hurt.." His eyes glowed red with a calm look upon his face. He thought to himself for a moment, "This should prove amusing. Let us see what she hopes to achieve." He then spoke quickly as to correct what he had said in a cold tone."On second thought young thief...go about your business...just dont pick my pocket or you shall find yourself...in alot of pain.." He then looked into his mug as if not noticing the young thief, attempting to let her pick his fellow patrens pocket expecting the thief to get cought or cause a ruckus.

She had froze when he had first spoke to her. She had already gotten a lie ready for him or any guards. Yet he had let her go with words that would have almost been encouraging, had they not sounded so heartless.
She moved again, then was gone. A few minutes later it was almost as if she had just entered the inn, for she was seen walking through the door as if nothing had happened at all. She walked to a corner table, ordering a pint of ale and leaning back in her chair. She sipped at it calmly, as if she were in there for no other reason but to have a drink.
The man she had targeted stood, and with it a loud shout of anger rose through the inn. "Someone's taken me tunar!" He shouted, running out or the door with a near by guard following after him to try and catch the theif. Cheron smirked through her ale.

He looked at her with a cold look as he turned to his ale and took a swig. His hand fell ready on his sword, should a guard accuse him. Although it was doubtful, he had learned to be ready for anything in his travels, learning never to trust anyone and expect the worst. His ears seemed perked, as if waiting to hear what would happen. It wouldnt mean much more to him then a slight amusement, but he found such serius matters as the thievery of others amusing. His ways were odd and even more mysterious.

Nothing happened save a few shouts from the man and a few guards about a theif. No one entered the Inn though. Cheron finished her ale and walked over to his table, sliding her hand in front of his ale glass with the ease of a close friend. She leaned in close enough only he could hear her and whispered.
"For your...hospitality." She smirked and turned around, walking out of the inn.
In front of him was a small leather pouch. Inside was around four hundred tunar...half of what she had taken from the man.

He seemed surprised for a moment but quickly pocketed the gold knowing if he waited any longer someone might notice and get suspicius, though it wouldnt matter. He could easily dispatch the guard if need came down to it. He finished his ale and proceeded to leave the inn and found himself walking down the road to darver maner, deep in thought, for he knew he had no choice but to obay the orders he had. He had a mission to fulfill, though it would take some time as he was ordered to come to his destination without the help of a horse. He walked down the road, not runing as most would, but simply walking as if he had all the time in the world but he seemed deep in thought not noticing any passersby.

Cheron stood behind a tree, her form hidden by one of her spells. She heard the footsteps of a traveler and smirked. The road was empty at that time of day and she could easily get away with a quick robbery. She would do as she always did with unexpecting travelers. Knock them out, take their money, and be on her way.
Unlike others of her proffesion, she didnt kill her victims. When the footsteps drew close enough, she jumped out from her hiding spot with her dagger in hand, only to stop in mid-stride and drop the dagger as she saw who it was. Out of instinct, she backed up, and as an after-thought, bowed slightly in apology.
"Sorry, friend. Thought you were somoneone else." She said, putting up her dagger and turning to start to walk away from him.

He chuckled coldly and smiled somewhat."Hmm..thought to rob me did you? Whats stopping you? I'm always looking for a challenge..but dont think your self able to rob one such as me...and what..makes you hesitate so?" He looked upon her with a devilish grin knowing himself to be more than a match for her.

She turned to look at him and smirked a little, though she shrugged her shoulders. "For one, I don't rob people who have helped me. And for two, you just don't seem like a guy to be mucking with."
She had a bit of a strange way of speaking about her, but she was strange in a lot of ways. She leaned against the closest tree, her arms crossed over her chest and her legs crossed over each other.
"Besides." She added, nodding to the spikes on his shoulders. "I don't think those would feel very pleasant."

He chuckled, seeming amused, and spoke in a less cold maner."Hmm...The least I could do for one as...amusing as your self is introduce myself..I am known by many names, but you may call me Acheron. Farewell...amusing one.." He turned to continue slowly walking about his path to his desired destination as if no longer careing about her presence, though still careful of her.

She blinked slightly, tilting her head at him as he walked on. After a few minutes, she moved from her tree to appear beside him, walking backwards so that she could face him. She had her hands over her head as she walked in front of him, a smirk on her face.
After a few moments, she hopped around agily to walk beside him the way most people would. "I'm Cheron." She said after a few moments. "The tunar was enough, yes? Or do you wish to hire the services of an assassin?" She chuckled, a bit evily. "Free of charge, of course." She turned her head to look at him and winked, still smirking. "I don't charge those who help me for my services, either."

He kept his eyes upon the road paying no attention to her as he spoke coldly. "No thank you...I have no need for an assassin I can do well enough on my own thank you.." He couldnt help but wonder why his appearence didnt scare one off such as her, though he didnt pay much attention to the fact she was still fallowing him. He would have slain her on the spot if she had not been so amusing to him, yet he thought she could prove useful in some small way. At least for amusment, so he didnt bother to protest her following him.

She grinned. "Ah, but see...It's fairly hard to kill someone and keep an eye out for guards." She seemed to think a moment, then laughed slightly as she shook her head.
"Not that anyone would give you trouble if you're headed to Darvor Manor. Yeoman Lorne has a block for a head and a sponge for a brain." She laughed again. "I don't know how many times I've led that old coot on a wild goose chase."
She hopped back in front of him to walk as she first had, smirking again. "I'm just looking for some fun any way. The same people keep coming down this road and they never seem to learn. It gets boring, it does...robbing the same idiots day after day."
