well Gaien as you well know, Dungeons and Dragons PnP is my favorite, followed closely by Star Wars....I have always wanted to play dragon lance or forgotten realms though, both would be way way cool. Anyhow....definately not TFOS there you got your eye rolling.

Let me give you an example dear brother... Here's one of my favorite times as a GM One of my PC's can do voices like none other, he's a pure genius at it, so he made a scottish human barbarian (D&D 3.5) named McLarrian As it so happens the party is deep within the jungle and stumbles into a T-Rex nest. Well they are hoplessly outmatched, but true to my Pc's additude they decide to charge in and slay the beast, the whole time McLarrian is shouting (in his thick scotich accent) oddities like 'ya don't stand a chance against me ya beast', 'back to the loch wit ya nessy', 'down ya brute', ect. Had me in tears Finally the T-Rex manages to bite old McLarrian and chew on him for a while, then spits him out.. While he's being gnashed he's shouting things about the rex's mother and how it can't beat him. As he goes flying from the moth of the T-rex he shouts 'I didn't think so' and lands, chewed to bits in a heap. You had to of been there I guess but it had the entire group rolling...

lol I love sitting around the table playing. I got a whole party (by accident I promise) with a living wall once The living wall was a 2nd ed monster that was a wall made of bodies. When the chars get close they can see hands reaching from the wall and hear voices asking to be pulled out. If they grab a hand they had to make a save vs death ray or be sucked in and become part of the wall. They would then attempt to draw in their teammates.
Imagine my horror (and glee) as one by one they lured each other to their doom.

Well this isn't really an adventure, more like the product from an adventure...
in a home game one of my friends was playing a very primal and vicious 3rd lvl half-orc barbarian. To make a long story short, he got separated from the group and killed by two ogres. Well we found his poor dead body a few minuets later and took it back to town. We pooled up our money only to find that we were too poor to buy a rez for him, but what we could afford was a reincarnation. So we roll the d100 and our primal and vicious half-orc barbarian came back as a primal and vicious pixie barbarian! It was the funniest thing ever to have the pixie charge raging into the battlefield.

My favorite adventure involved saving the Royal chicken of Cormyr (D&D greyhawk world). OMG this was back when I was 13 (1983). We had tracked the chicken halfway across the greyhawk world when we found it. We had no idea that it was really the prince polymorphed into a chicken. Anyway, when we tracked down the kidnappers our overzealous wizard fireballed them and since chickens have like 1 HP you can surmise what happened. Going back to Cormyr with a fricazeed chicken didn't seem like a bright idea, so one of our genius characters decided to just buy a chicken and polymorph it to look like the chicken we searched for. To make a long story short...our next adventure was our daring sewer escape from the dungeons of Cormyr.
