Hey everyone I have been asked to notify everyone that Kalysta will be gone for a bit and not be able to post. She is actually moving this weekend, with anyluck she will be back after that. so yeah, I am just supposed to keep everyone updated.

Good luck with the moves guys, and son't make the mistake Rhabuka and I did which was buying the movers pizza for lunch so they could charge us for 5 guys for 45 minutes while they ate pizza we bought for them. and man did they mark up our walls  |

Yes, I hope their respective moves go well, it's such a stressful thing. As Zug said, we learned the unfortunate lesson of being too nice to our movers  |

We were actualy closed yesturday and in true Kyrinn fashion I was utterly screwed again but thanks for asking.
Remember not to be nice to anyone if you dont have too because they will screw you at the first opportunity they get.

When I bought the house it was my intent to take down the wallpaper (which was peeling off on its own anyways) and paint the walls. Only two rooms were wall papered - the master bedroom and the bathroom. Last night I started taking the wall paper down and in the bedroom - under the first layer of wall paper I found mold on the walls where they had their airconditioner installed - apparantly it was leaking. I don't know how bad it is yet - but I know mold is never a good thing.
In the bathroom I took down the wall paper and found several sections of what should have been drywall were not actualy drywall at all - in fact the people that had lived their prior to me nailed up plywood and wall papered over it. So now before I paint I get to learn how to dry wall. I know drunken idiots that can perform this task at a passable level so I'm sure I'll pick it up quickly - but this isn't how I wanted to learn.
As a minor annoyance - the privacy fence in the backyard was connected to the garage instead of going behind the garage like it should have. It was supposed to be corrected before I moved in and when I looked back I seen that the fence indeed was going behind the garage now. I slipped up here and didn't walk behind the garage since I wasn't terribly concerned about that - later I discovered that the parts that go behind the garage were the only ones present - 2 panels behind the garage are missing and we can walk right into the yeard behind us.
The water heater that was replaced was reported to have been installed properly and additional optional work was reported to have been completed. The inspection has not yet been performed but scheduled and I dread the date that the inspection actualy does occur.

Hi everyone, I spoke with Kalysta today and was notified she is still having computer problems and it maybe a bit still untill she gets back, She asks that she doesn't get killed off and that if you need someone to write her in to ask me to do it.... I swear she said that lol. Anywho she just wanted yall to know she says hi and can't wait till she is back.
