;D The trial event sounded good, how did it go?
I gave it some thought and wanted to ask everybody some questions.
What if the trial had taken place in your character's home town and the defendant had been found guilty. How would your race punish the guilty character? How would your character feel about it?

The trial was a lot of fun. I really must tip my hat to Keyra/Naldany/Nikkii who played all three characters at various points during the trial. It's not easy to play from both sides (Keyra being a defendant, and Naldany a plaintiff) but she did a great job! Elindar and Hallarn were wonderful attornies, and Angrol and Lazzuli made for great judges.
Let's see... as a gnome I'd say the punishment would involve some kind of isolation, being fairly social creatures that would be a tough thing for them to endure. Nobel is pretty easy going, and she tends to lean towards giving people a second chance (except for Nikkii LOL), so she would need a good reason to give someone a guilty verdict and a heavy punishment.
If I was playing Rhabuka on the other hand, I would guess that ogre society would be extreme in its punishments -- guilty or not guilty, there's a good chance the defendant would die somehow! I'd guess that if anyone other than her mate Zugarok was involved, the matter would be of little concern to Rhabuka.

LoL, nice to know how the gnomes would handle it. Yea with the Orge race would want to kill the defendant and have fun. They would chain the victim between to stones pillars and wait for a dragon to come eat, like in the movie King Kong. My character would probably have a straight hardened face feeling almost as cold as the dark elves even if it was a friend of his. The dark elves would probably take more pleasure in destroying the victim, even if innocent. The dark elves would be More cunning in devising a horrible execution.

This could lead to another great event. What if a friend of the RPA was found guilty (though everybody knows is innocent) was to be killed as punishment and the RPA, being good and bad, was in conflict if to save our beloved dear friend from death. It would be a crying shame if no one came to the rescue!! Another idea woulld be Having a trial in each home town. Each be a different roleplaying experience on how each race would act and feel.
