possible story theft idk

well as some of you may have read over the months i posted a story called "plight of the elves", its basically a tale of the re-birth of cazic thule and his return to tunaria. well about a month later sOE comes out with the "the Trial of Cazic Thule" and his great return to tunaria. is this impecible timing??? 2 writers thinking alike?? or did i get stumped??? well ive since had my story deleted and im a bit afraid to post what i feel is my really good material, i would hate to see one of my stories come to life in eqoa....again

Hmm, that is odd. I really hope that isn't the case. I like having the stories our writers post to be available for everyone to read, but if concerns like this arise I'd open to the idea of password-protecting the stories forum.

Cana, might I suggest seeing if you can figure out who wrote the CT story on the main boards and trying to get in touch with them? My hope is that it's a coincidence, and that the revamp of IoD was long in the works.

I think Zug is going to put a password-protected area for people to post stories. If anyone wants their existing stories moved there, please let me know and I will work on that.
