Ok Rhab and I have been discussing things and since we have several contributors here that have decided not to actually migrate to Ferran's Hope (lol why couldnt all of you guys have joined my original RP guild on MF...grrr...) to join up in game (and some of course have stopped playing altogether) it would be nice to run a series of level 1 events that they could spend 2 hours or so in game with us if they cared to. So...I was thinking maybe we could try to do 2 events a month. One SL (for our created RP chars) and one for throwaway characters (with a selfcontained storyline). What do you all think?

I just wanted to throw some more ideas out there about the level 1 'events'...
We could have some take place over guild chat, allowing people to create whatever race/class they want and interact that way.
We could also have events where everyone makes a character of the same race, allowing actual visual interaction. Perhaps we could try a different race each time?
Of course there are always the racing events which are well-suited to those non-debt level 1 characters -- like the one on Thanksgiving weekend (shameless plug).

Have the race be dwarf every time, not just 1 time in 10! Everyone will enjoy it so much more because the other races just cant stand up to the might of the dwarves! p.s. DWARVES RULE! p.s.s. Gnomes are okay tho... they live underground like us. |

I am working on a lvl 1 event for surefall humans.
Everyone could make a druid or ranger and start from there.

My guess is we'll see more people return after the holidays. I think the next one is Hakiko's murder mystery event, sometime in January.

i have an idea bouncing around in my head.
i have been wanting to do an event that everyone can do.
the main problem with this is that everyone plays at such different times in the day.
so, my idea was to have a weekend or most likely a week long event.
so that everyone has a chance to play in it.
i will post more as i figure out what kind of event that can be done in that kind of time period.

I'll be driving home on Tuesday (about 12 hrs) and I'll step online briefly whenever I get home. I am still planning on having a murder mystery event this Sunday at one EST if that is a good time.
