Ok it has now been a little while since our last meeting. And some of the issues that were resolved there are now unresolved due to circumstance (Damn you Shadowshank! 
). So I am proposing a guild meeting be held Friday September 10th (don't want it on Labor Day weekend, people too busy and not Saturday because to us American's September 11th has too many negatives associated to it). Traditionally our meetings are at Midnight EST and that probably will be when this one will be at BSI.
Issues:
Curse of the Master Title: For those of you newer members, there was some contention over what the master would be...and finally it was decided that the title master would be given to someone, who's primary duties are administrative, the two biggest being that A)they would bump all members to Officer (so that everyone can invite) and B) Discipline if ever necessary. Well when we were writing up the bylaws we made a neutral character RPAadmin...a character created by Shadowshank to administrate the guild until permanent Masters were elected. Elections were held and Jwiz Cephius Kyrinn and I were elected...However...Shadowshank had some real life issues...that have kept him from logging on...hence the rightful masters cannot currently be bumped up and members cannot be bumped to officer (where they should be) The irony is that we came up with this system, specifically to avoid this problem...Anyhow the only way I see to implement the charter barring Shadowshank's sudden unexpected appearance is to reform the guild.
2. I would like to see a designated event night. We have been having fun getting together as we have (like on friday for Merr, Rhabuka, Sly, and I) but if we can come up with a time like (2nd and 4th Friday of each month or something) I think it would be great.

Lol, good luck with the reformation. At least this time we know it will be better, because you will automatically form it with 4 masters. I hope I can rejoin soon, but I think that will be a while. Alas, what can you do.
