New quests -- levels 19 and up

Has anyone found any information on the new quests, or done them with any of your characters?

From looking at the main boards, it sounds like there are some given at Forkwatch. Figures, I can't get into that goodie-goodie city. I haven't slaughtered the requisite 2,000 gnolls.
