after leaving klick a non where she sent a package to the coachman in teth with the payment for the pretty horse she is riding.
she knows that the days travel will be taking her near the home of the blak elves and she isnt really wanting to spend that much time in the area. she should be in freeport by sundown if she is lucky.

just as she reached freeport, she over heard some conversations about some creatures called kappas, apparently they are turtle people. so she asked around and found out that they are near the city called arcadin.
it wasnt long before she figured out to get to arcadin and she was off, she saw a golem in the city of arcadin, she hailed it but it was quite rude and walked away from her without a response.
she shook her head and smiled, she was eager to find these turtle people.
with a mutter she cast her spirit of the wolf and cast her invisibilty on her self.
while she was walking she saw the most amazing thing in the world, an elephant, right then and there she decided that she would find a way to catch one to make it a pet.
she saw so many different things and she came up on a group of travelers and noticed that they were standing by a camp of tents. she went up to the tents hoping for a cold drink but when she got there she noticed that the people that were occupying the tents were strange looking creatures and they did not like her at all. wisely she kept herself invisible to them and snuck up for a closer look.
once she got closer she realized that these must be the Kappas that she had heard about. they were the strangest looking creatures.
just over the camp she saw a building and her curiousty got the best of her, she forgot all about the kappas and went to investigate the building.
on her way to the building she saw a hill giant " now i know how nobel feels now, i am much smaller than these people" but even they couldnt keep her from the building she saw.
once she got to the building she found another group of travellers. she didnt hail these ones either because of the fact of who, or she should say what occupied the building.
it was full of phantoms and spirits. " oh how i would like to see what these spirits are, but i am not experienced enough to talk to them as of yet. but one day."
with her curiousity quenched she headed in the direction she thought she had come in. after a few minutes she realized that she was not going the right way.
not too far away from her she saw another camp of tents. "oh thank goodness, maybe they can tell me of the right direction to go "
with that she headed straight to the camp and ignored the animals and the giants wandering around her.
she was about to come out from around a tree when she her invisibilty wore off. quickly she steps back behind the tree and casts her invisibilty.
" whew that was very close"
and off she went again. unfortunately though the camp that she saw was not a friendly camp it was another camp of the turtle people.
but there was hope for her, for she found elindar, nobel, mackleeric and severedamage. all friends of wilkens.
she watched them take down the kappas with such skill and speed.
when there was a minute break nobel came up to chevonne and commented on her travels. and without a thought chevonne responded with "ah yes, but i must travel to find an ogre that escaped the curse"
nobel then told her that she remembers something mentioned at the songweavers tavern about such ogre and that she was rhabukas mentor.
" hmm, i will have to stop by there in my travels and i will look for rhabuka along with finding wilkens."
" be safe, for i must be off, for i have far to travel yet"
chevonne had realized what she had done wrong in her directions. she headed back to arcadin to find rhabuka and wilkens and to make a stop at the songweavers tavern.

when she got to arcadin she was deep in thought about this ogre that escaped the curse. it seems that many know of her but they dont seem to remember what her name is or where she can be found.
"well, my only hope is to get to the songweavers tavern and see what i can find there, if that fails then i shall have to find rhabuka. "
chevonne heads to the boatman but because she is deep in thought she doesnt pay attention to which boat she boards. she is quite suprised to find herself at the city of the erudites, highbourne.
" oh dear, this isnt freeport, oh well, i might as well head to the other city of humans. "
and off she went to qeynos and once she gets there she has quite forgotten about going to the tavern or for looking for rhabuka and wilkens.
travel has gotten her attention for the time being, once she gets directions from the coachman in qeynos she headed to the coastal town of wyndhaven.
once arriving in wyndhaven she again asks the coachman for directions to the town of surefall glade.
once she got to surefall glade she decided to spend the night. her pretty horse and her are tired from all the travel they have done.
but chevonne is quite pleased with all that she had seen this day and she can hardly wait to see what the next day will bring her.

as chevonne is waking up in surefall glade, wilkens walks into highpass and visits all the merchants there, she doesnt find anything of interest so she heads to the coach man and gets on a horse and rides out of highpass

The great bear shook her body, trying to rid herself of the sand caught in her thick fur. She had spent the past few days in Freeport but was growing tired of the place. She was quite patient for her kind, but even she had a limit when it came to tolerating the humans in this desert city.
The road called to her, so Rhabuka cast her spell of quickness and set out... not yet sure where it would take her. At the edges of her mind, she could sense that someone was looking for her.

wilkens leads the horse out of highpass and lets it walk where it wants to.
she just looks around at the scenery and wonders where she is.
she passes a bear that seems to be heading in the direction she just came from, she stops the horse and watches the bear for a minute wondering why a bear would look so occupied with getting somewhere.
she thinks it strange that a bear would be running like that.
bears dont normally leave the forest or the glades.
" i wonder if that bear is sick or something, oh well, its getting close to the guards so let them take care of it"
and wilkens nudges her horse and heads off again

chevonne wakes up in the next morning fully relaxed and eager to meet the day.
she decides to take a walk around the town before she has breakfast.
she leaves the inn and heads to what looks like a forest near the inn.
and what she sees astonishes her. the biggest trees shes ever seen. and bears along with wolves.
as she stands there she realizes that the trees are moving around on their own.
and the bears and wolves arent wanting to attack.
"what is this place, how can one stand so near these animals and not have them attack. and what about these trees, how can a tree move like that. "
her stomach interupts her thoughts with a loud rumble and the closest animals to her look at her and keep on their way.
she turns around and heads back to the inn to find some breakfast thinking about what she has seen here.
once she has finished her breakfast she heads to the stables to see how her horse fared the night.
once she gets there she sees that her horse has been saddled and looks eager to be on its way.
she laughs at the horses antics and says that they will be on their way in a few minutes, that they had better know where they are going before leaving.
she walks to the coachman and asks him for the best route to darvor manor, after he tells her she gets her horse and climbs on.
she stops for a minute and looks around the peacefull town. and thinks to herself that she will come back when she wants to rest, this is the perfect place to go to be alone.
she turns her horse around and heads starts off in the direction the coachman told her to get to darvor manor

when chevonne finally gets to darvor manor she decides to stop at the inn near there, at black swan inn, its an interesting name for an inn.
she doesnt really need the rest but she just felt like stopping there for some reason.
she decides that while she is there she had better send a message to her parents letting them know that she is alright.
her travels have taken her to many places, she has seen many things.
but none of it is what she is looking for, this ogre that has escaped the curse is very confusing to her, not that she knows any ogres in the first place.
well, if she can find wilkens then she may know of this rhabuka person.
upon thinking of wilkens she realizes that she hasnt heard from her in awhile, which is unusual. usually she gets a message from her every week just to see how she is doing. well, wilkens can wait till until tomorrow. today tho i am going to stay here.

when the morning sun shines brightly into her room chevonne awakes with such a start that she almost fell out of bed.
she barely remembers her dreams, she saw a great bear and a smaller one talking to each other, they both looked up at the same time and it seemed like they were looking at her.
then she sees wilkens wandering around with a lost look on her face. laying on the ground is a dead horse that wilkens has just left behind, in her hand is one of her swords with blood drenching its tip.
chevonne shakes off the sleep that is left in her body and she realizes two things at once.
first off, wilkens is in trouble and she needs help.
secondly, the two bears are who she is looking for to help her with the prophecy.
chevonne gets dressed and puts her belongings into her bags and heads to the stables to get her horse to head to highpass. she has to find rhabuka and wilkens.
it doesnt matter in what order she looks but she has to find them both.

shortly after wilkens has seen the bear she starts to hear a voice talking to her.
she looks around and then looks at her horse. it is her horse that is speaking to her.
" you are a heavy person, you should lose some weight. my back is killing me. wont you get off my back and give me a rest"
" umm, are you talking to me?"
" of course you stupid human, who else would i be talking to, do you see anyone else around here that i would be talking too?"
wilkens climbs off the horse and walks around to the front of it to look at it full in the face. she cant believe that this horse is talking to her
" since when did horses start talking?"
" oh you are a really ugly human, no wonder you are all alone. no one could love someone who looks as ugly as you do. "
" now thats not true, mother loves me, then theres sly, she loves me as well. and my friends they all love me"
" oh ya, you sure bout that. you really must be one stupid human to think that any one loves you.
if they loved you then where are they? didnt sly kill herself to get away from you? and what about your mother, didnt she die because of you as well?
and as for your friends? where are they, if they cared about why are you standing here talking to a horse like some stupid human?
like i said, no one can love some stupid ugly human like you. even the ogres dont like you, they arent even looking for you.
how long have you been wandering around, no one cares, no one loves you.
they all wish you dead"
" SHUT UP YOU STUPID HORSE, YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. "
as quick as a flash wilkens draws her sword and swings it with tears in her eyes, across the horses throat almost decapitating the horse.
she looks at the horse that is laying at her feet, turns away from it and walks away.
she thinks to herself that sly and her mother arent dead, they cant be dead.
she just spoke to sly not too long ago and her mother would be at home cooking. she will be getting worried soon because she hasnt heard from wilkens at all.
as the sun sets over the mountains, wilkens keeps walking, muttering under her breath.

:: chevonne was in the town of the gnomes from which a group of them and a human were able to find wilkens and give her the medicine to cure her mind sickness. and apparently she had collected chocolate in her travels. but it was nice of wilkens to give the chocolate to the gnomes.
chevonne has decided to head back to highpass. she is unsure as to why she needs to go there but she feels that its a place that she needs to be at right now. ::

:: as chevonne heads to highpass she stops to camp for the night not too far from the mountain pass.
after she makes her fire she finds a stick and jams it into a chunk of meat. she then sticks the end of the stick into the ground with the meat over the fire.
while it cooks she stares into the fire and starts to think bout all the things that has happened in her young life.
she wonders where all the people she met have gone and what they are up to.
after awhile the meat is almost falling off the stick she pulls the stick out of the ground and waits till the meat is cooled.
she lays down and falls asleep forgetting to eat her dinner.

sometime during her sleep she fell into a deep sleep, so deep that a hungry wolf didnt even wake her when he came to her dead fire to steal the meat that she had not eaten.

as the hours pass chevonne dreams.
she looks around at her surroundings and sees a home that has many artifacts on shelves. she walks to one of the shelves and sees her face reflected in a polished metal item. what she sees is an old lady with many wrinkles and lots of grey hair.
she hears a person behind her, she turns around and sees a set of twins sitting at the table talking to each other. their pets are all around the home and all look comfortable. she doesnt understand what the twins are saying. the twins look up towards her and smile identical smiles.

as she stares at the twins they start to fade. while she is looking around the home things start to fade away, its not long before she is standing in a white area.
the wolves start their mournful cry sending the message to her parents
