( yes, this will be the last post with merri, i am having problems tryin to do sl's with 2 chars so im getting rid of one. and sad to say it will be Merri that will be leaving our little family. wilkens is staying tho, she is on her way to great things. )
:: Merri, Wilkens, Feadin, and wolf stranger pop out of thin air in a field of unknown location. ::
:: Merri falls to her knees and looks at the three standing before her ::
" what are you going to do to me? is what i did all that bad, especially the reasons behind them? "
" Merri, are you going to tell me that you did all those things because you love me? "
" yes, i did it all for you. you know i would never harm anyone unless they deserved it. "
" But you threw acid in your sisters face. What did she do to deserve that? From what she has told me, you did that after she rescued you from the cell your father threw you into "
" i was angry and scared. i was also in pain, i thought you were dead "
" That is no reason for what you did. And what about the young monk you killed. What did she do to you to deserve death? "
" she wasnt supposed to die. i didnt mean for that to happen. how was i supposed to know that she was marked. is there anything i can say that will take that look off your face? "
" No Merri, there is nothing you can say. You made your decisions now you will have to die for them. "
:: Feadin turns to Wilkens and looks at her closely ::
" Wilkens, you know that this is extremely important. To kill your sister is going to mark you for life. "
" ya, i know but i was stopped from killin her once. i wont let that happen again. she has caused too much to let live "
" You realize that once this is done you will not be able to bring her back. No one will be able to do that, not even your mother "
" ya, i know. mother doesnt even acknowledges her as her daughter anymore, she wouldnt save her the last time. "
" Alright, as long as you know what is in store for you. I will help you as I had promised. "
:: Feadin hands Wilkens a set of swords that glow with unearthly magic ::
" Now take these swords and use them well. They will take her life and mark you for using them. It is a mark that will never go away until the day you die. "
:: Wilkens takes the swords and she can feel the magic that flows through them. She walks up to her kneeling sister. ::
" wilkens, please dont kill me. please forgive me for what i have done to you. "
" merri, i have forgiven you. i do this not out of revenge but out of need. you can not be allowed to live "
" but if you have forgiven me, then why kill me? "
" i have to kill you. you are no longer human are you. this is a secret you thought you kept well. and you did, from mother. but father and i both knew what you really are "
" what are you talking about. i am your sister, nothing more than that "
" no merri, you are something more. the beast inside you wants to come out doesnt it "
:: as merri is kneeling there she can feel a force that is pulling out the were wolf inside her. she fights it but she loses the fight, she turns into a were wolf ::
" just as i thought merri, you are a were wolf. i knew you were a beast of some sort but i wasnt sure of what kind. i can not allow you to live "
:: and as wilkens says that she swings the swords at merri's head and takes it off cleanly at the neck.
wilkens can feel the magic pour out of merri's dead body and climb into her.
she falls to the ground in pain but she doesnt scream.
after a few minutes she gets to her feet slowly and she realizes the swords are gone.
as she looks at her arms she can see that on each arm is a mark that looks like a sword.
there is no pain but it does itch, like the scars on her face did when they healed. ::
" Wilkens, it is done now. You will now and forever hold those marks. You have done well young warrior. "
" thank you feadin. i am not sure what to think or feel. i expected something more from all that. "
" I understand that. But I believe you have more pressing business now that your sister is dead. We have to go and get your mother and get to your friend. "
" but what bout her body, dont we have to..."
:: wilkens turns towards her sister's dead body to see that it has vanished ::
" umm, where did it go? "
" Its gone, it wasnt supposed to be here so it vanished after you removed her head. I believe you know where her body really is, dont you? "
" you mean she wasnt really in her body? that is creepy "
" Yes you could say that. Now shall we go to your mother, my friend shall take us there posthaste "
" yes, i am ready to go. i will take care of merri's body later. are you sure that no one will be able to raise her again? "
" Yes I am sure. Now my friend let us be off to Freeport "
:: the group of 3 dissapear out of the empty field and pop up near Freeport.
wilkens runs to her home and gets her mother and tells her to follow her. and that she will need her medical supplies.
wilkens and renee run to where feadin and his friend are standing. ::
" Are we all set to go. We will be at the manor in a short time. "
" ya we are all ready. let us go and help sly. "
:: with that said the four of them dissappear and are off to crethely manor to save slyfoot yet again. ::
