" NO !!!"

Keyra went into a furry when she noticed the baby being taken away. She slashed at Adaun landing a few hits before she became a werewolf. The others had now made it to the fight.He turned back into the wolf form and threw himself apon Keyra. Keyra turned into a wolf smaller but still bigger than Adun. Keyra couldn't keep ker focus on Adaun any longer and begain attacking SD.

" You have the child now leave her to me.... This is what I asked as my reward.... Keyra is mine."

"Leave me alone .... I should have slain you when I had the chance.."

Naldany made her way up to the fight finally, still a bit dizzy from her battle and still wondered where her husband was and why isn't he here.

"P...he...lan please... "She saw what looked like the silent master and Leciuos running holding something... Aramis. They handed her the baby and looked back to see Adaun rejoining them. Naldany sparted her teleportation spell and soon a blue light surrounded them and they appeared back in Freeport.



Loveless had like he always had done came out of nowhere and attacked Mi'anna and Mackleeric. The priestest defended herself easliy from his attacks but the girl was killed by his fatal touch. Severedamage and Keyra continued in their dance of blood and teeth. Although most of the blood was Keyra's now she couldn't land any hits anymore. His reach was too great and she had been majorly slown by her wounds. She soon became and elf again as he returned to normal. Lovelless was still occupied with the remaining interlopers to assist Keyra in her moment of need. Her armor was shredded, hair matted with blood and sweat. She was out of breath and yet Sd was unphased by the combat. He leaned over to claim his prize but Keyra still slashed at him with her poison tipped nails. He dodged that and grabbed her by the throat.

" I'm so dissappointed in you Keyra......" He said before landing the punch to end the battle. He layed her down and started tying up her hands and feet.

" This is over with Loveless .... I'm taking her to stand trial and if she does mean anything to you ... you will stand trail alongside her."

Loveless sneered at the comment and saw that he couldn't risk capture as well so He again escaped as he was so go at. Mackk turned to Dantherian and sighed.

" I can't restore her I'm sorry... If you know where she lived please return her there..."

She placed a hand on the sobbing elf and the two took their captive away.

[adaun]

Adaun felt the soft hot sand through her metal boots. She also felt liquid pooling in around her feet. Adaun pushed her hand to her side and her gauntlet slipped into a gash in the armor and into something soft and wet. Adaun sucked in air and winced as she pulled her fingers fromt he wound. Blood coated her fingers, wide eyed she looked at Naldany.

Adaun her ringing in her ears and couldn't feel her legs. Suddenly she was very warm, she drew in deep steady breaths trying to fight her body's reaction. She tried to speak but she couldn't move her lips, her body was systematically shuting down. A cloud must have moved in front of the sun, everything took on a dull shaded look.

Adaun felt her body land in the sand, she tried to move, but couldnt'. Damn Keyra!! She screamed in her mind. I have been poisoned and there is nothing I can do about it. She tried and strugled to move without sucess. Darkness closed in on her.

[Patryas]

"NO!" the assassin bellowed as they appeared in Freeport. The teleport had caught him by surprise. Keyra needed to die, not stand trial. He then noticed Adaun fall to the ground. He rushed to her side and smelled her wound. She had been poisoned. He quickly took some herbs from his belt and forced them down her throat. His anger grew so much that he could not hold back the gutteral grunts from his throat.

He handed Adaun to Lecious.

"We must get her some help. Come, we must find a healer, and quickly," he barked at Lecious.

He then turned toward Naldany and gave her a small piece of clothing to wrap the baby in. He then picked her up, baby and all, despite her protest. Naldany gazed into her baby's eyes. The baby cooed and giggled at the sight of his mother. She then whispered a thank you into the assassin's ear. He ignored it. The two servants of Fenn'dal ran as best they could to find a healer.

" What happened to Phelan... Why isn't anyone saying anything?"

Naldany tried to free herself but tp no avail.... She held Aramis even closer and looked him over.

" We are not far from the cleric's guild area. Take her there."

[Patryas]

As Lecious and the assassin took Naldany's advice and ran toward the cleric's guild, the silent master answered Naldany.

"I do not know where Phelan went, mi'lady. But rest assured he will want to know the fate of his child. And if we find some help for Adaun, perhaps she has an answer to your question," he said

As they came to the front of the cleric's guild, Lecious started to inquire for a healer. The silent master put Naldany and Aramis down on the front steps and then took Adaun and layed her down next to them.

" Thank you for taking up when I couldn't continue..... I'm proud to have you as my sister in-law. I just wish your brother was here and I hope he wasn't left injured."

Naldany brushed the hair from Adaun's face as she fought for her life. Aramis crawled over to her and started giggling. As he tapped Adaun's forehead a small healing started to heal her to help keep her alive. Naldany smiled in amazement that his power was starting to overpower the ward in his necklace. The wound was healing but only a little until Aramis fell asleep again.

" You have to make it now your nephew wishes it too."

Naldany felt something was different now that she was so close to Neriak again but she felt that she needed to find out what happened to Phelan. She tried something that she hadn't done in a few years, as she held her hand at the top of Adaun's head. She concentrated as Aramis watched with a puzzled look. Tears started to fall an confusion took over. She stood up and looked down to Adaun, she started to shake in anger and held Aramis as she chanted another port spell.

" Adaun I hope for his sake I read you wrong..... If he abandoned us in our hour of need.... I'll see to it I will kill him or Aramis will do the job. We shall be in Neriak... and you can tell him if you find him what I said. If he hated me so much why take it out on our son.... and after all his talk, he just used me."

With that she dissappeared leaving her as the silent one returned to her side with a cleric.

Though blackness consumed her, Adaun was vaguely aware of voices, though she couldn't understand what was being said. She felt a tiny touch on her forehead, but the darkness still gripped her. then a larger hand on her head and then came more mumbled words that Adaun couldn't begin to sort out nor understand. A few moments later there was more people touching her and a tingling sensation that began to flower inside of her but the blackness consumed it and stopped it from forming. Adaun felt hands lifting her and she could only assume that she was being put over someones shoulder. Her head spun, she didn't understand anything that was happening. She didn't even know if this was real. A new tingling sensation enveloped her, but it was different there was a rush of wind and then silence encapsulated her once more as a fog clouded her mind.

The Silent Master stepped through the portal and into the shadowed alleys of Neriak. He made all haste to his masters house with the unconcious and possibly dying Adaun. The Silent Master didn't need to be told how important Phelan and his sister were to his master. The Silent Master sped from shadow to shadow and arrived in his Masters study unseen. He gently lay Adaun down on the fur that was in the center of the floor in front of the fireplace.
