The shadowy figure crept quietly around the sleeping guards on her way down the hall, it was the wee hours of the morning, and she was very tired from the nights exploits, ( namely too much mead and too many "admirers") but she couldnt resist. As she drew close to the magical wall she whispered breathlessly,
"I know you're there. Kinslayer.... why not show yourself now and give us both a rest?"
Slowly, as if materializing from thin air, Slyfoot apperated in front of her.
"Should have known even one as young as you would know I was watching... Kalysta, is it?"
The bemused smile slowly creeping across her face caused the young necro a moments pause before Sly continued,
"If i wanted you dead, you of all should know it would be done by now... no, I merely wanted to ask what it is your up to. I saw you in the pub earlier this evening, no shortage of gentlemen coming to call are there, young one?"
This last barbed comment, obviously meant to provoke the young delf into doing something stupid, backfired horribly as she merely smiled that heartbreakers smile and said (rather matter of factly) "Perhaps a bit envious, Kinslayer? Oh, no response I see... whats wrong? Kat got your tounge?"
With the words still echoing in her head, Sly rushed forward and grabbed the young delf tightly by the throat.
"YOU tread on VERY thin ground, princess, and if your masters have taught you as well as you say, you will know now is the time to bite the serpent tounge that lingers there in your trecherous little mouth." She spit in a venomous tone.
After an intense moment, each staring deeply and with much hatred into eachothers eyes, Kalysta spoke softly,
"I shall not cross that line again, Kinslayer, and I admit, it was low even for me. But I must ask you not to continue this charade of spying on me. Im only out for some harmless fun :::bats her eyes smirking knowingly at Sly:::: I promise not to hurt anyone."
Sly thought for a moment, and not wanting to make a promise, she merely glared into the young delf's eyes, inches from her face and said,
"See to it you dont, and stay out of trouble. You are attracting attention of the worst sort, and dammed if I'm going to risk my neck for a... well, lets just say Im not dying for you. Its been a pleasure."
And with that she was gone. As Kalysta gathered her thoughts and concentrated on the wall in front of her, it turned a smoky blue and she stepped forward into the lodge of the dead. Almost immediately, she heard the Grand Defiler shouting for her,
"KALYSTA! In the name of Innoruk, where has that child gone to now?"
She snuck around the back of the lodge, and took up her favorite napping spot just out of sight of Irios and the rest of the ghoulish guard. Daddy wouldnt find her here for a good long while, which meant she could sleep off the previous nights partying.
As she drifted into slumber, she remembered Slyfoot's warning her of the danger in what she was doing. She giggled to herself as the memories filled her head in dreams...
"A girl's gotta have fun..." she whispered to herself as she drifted off to a deep dark sleep.

Slyfoot walked slowly along the dark hallows of Neriak, thinking of this new person that had entered her life.
" I reacted to harshly. I should not have grabbed her like that......it is just, she has no idea what she was speeking of. She can't understand how hard it is for me to live everyday thinking of him," she sighed as she settled herself along the farthest wall of the subterrianian lake that sat along the city of nerriak.
"But she is worse than I feared. She refuses to think of her actions, she is careless, and unpredictable. And what she thinks is fun now, will only turn into rage. And once that rage takes spark, who knows what she will do." Sly put her head in her hands, "As if I didn't have enought to think about. Now I have even more to watch out for. Whats worse is she has been raised in the selfish manar of the Teir'Dal. She is a bomb waiting to explode. If only I could help her....."
Slyfoot Kinslayer layed back against the wall, closing her eyes, but not sleeping. Thoughts of Bornus, her mother and father, Kalysta, Wilkens, the ogres, all refused to release her mind into sleep.

The next morning, as Kalysta awoke, she found Irios staring down at her disapprovingly.
"Where have you been you insolent worm?" She demanded, the fury burning brightly in her eyes.
"I was...out, if you must know... an-"
"Out... oh, I see... out with no guard, out with little to nothing on, out causing trouble in the bars again i suppose?" the aging spiritmaster reprimanded, "but i wont yell, oh no little princess, i wont yell... I'll leave that to your father."
As the words were spoken, almost as if by magic, the floor opened up under Kalysta, shooting her down a slide like chute to a dark dungeon like room in the Lodge's basement. Standing before her, barely visible in the dank dark room, was her father - The Grand Defiler of Neriak, and (in his day) the most powerful Necromancer in all of Tunaria.
"So nice of you to join me, Kalysta... and at such an early hour too. I thought for sure you would slink off again before I had a chance to talk to you. Tell me child, where have you been?"
His voice was heavy with sarcastic overtones as he slowly crossed the room to stand before his only child. He continued, giving her no room to reply,
"I know where you have been, my dear... cavorting in the pub's with all manner of man and beast... oh dont look so surprised, i have my sources as well."
"Damn you Irios." Kalysta muttered under her breath as she sat on the small cot in the corner, suddenly feeling very much cornered.
"Curse not the Spiritmaster's name, Kalysta, the fault is your own... and now the responsibility of punishment is mine..."
And no sooner had he spoken the words, than she felt her body grow stiff. She had been rooted, unable to move from the spot her father had so craftily placed her in with his pacing. As she stood, terrified of what may come next, a knock came at the thick wooden door.
"So thick you can't hear a scream, i'd bet," Kalysta thought numbly to herself, looking around as best she could for some sign of another way out.
"Ah! The company arrives!" her father said, opening the door and revealing a large, hairy, rather pungunt troll standing in the doorway.
"Yoos called for Glubbin?" the nasty creature said, eyeing first the Defiler, and than his pretty little daughter.
"Yes- Glubbin, is it? I did. Taevryn tells me you are the best at what you do... and what is it you do?"
"Mes a gud garding little ellvez and dellvez... and mes a speshully liking the purdy ones." the hulking troll drooled as he looked again at Kalysta.
"Well then, I'll leave you to it..." the aging Necro said, than turning to his daughter he spoke to her in her mind. "I love you, my child, but make no mistake... anyone who crosses me- ANYONE will pay the price... perhaps this will teach you to hang around in dingy pubs like a common strumpet"
"Dun be skared leetle delflings..." the nasy beast cooed in her ear, "Gubbin no hurt tha delfy, we just... play..."
As he neared her, she say the unmistakeable look in his eye that she had seen in many eyes, in many pubs, many times before - he meant to have her, and not for supper. She looked to her father, terrified, but he merely smiled and opened the heavy wood door...
"Have fun you two" he mocked.
As the door closed and he made his way up the hall, he heard his precious daughter screaming in pain.
"That should teach her..." he thought to himself, smirking.

Slyfoot jumped up with a start, gabbing her ears.
"Oh the poor child! What is he doing to her!"
Slyfoot could hear Kalysta's screams ringing in her head.
"Ugh, he must be torturing her. How I despise the Teir'Dal...."
And with that, Slyfoot grabbed her robe and headed off through Nerriak, towards the screams that only she could hear.

(Here she comes to save the day!! lol sorry couldnt resist now where was I....) It had been nearly an hour since Kalysta had first fallen into her fathers secret chamber under the Lodge of the Dead in Neriak, but she counted the seconds as if they were days.... The vile troll stood where the Grand Defiler had stood moments before, determined not to fail in the mission set to him. (take it away Sly!!)

(lol, as you wish)
Standing above the shoot that lead down to the great Neccromancer’s chamber, Slyfoot could hear the grunts of a Troll, and wimpers from the princess.
“….I don’t think I want to see this, but what I’m I supposed to do…” said Slyfoot as she shrouded herself and a cloak of invisibility. Slyfoot slide down the shoot noiselessly, landing in the dark room with the two figures over in the corner. Slyfoot grimaced as she saw the huge troll on top of the princess’ tiny frail body. Blood was all around them.
The princess cried out, “Stop, it hurts, stop it I say!”
The enchantress waved her invisible hands through the air in delicate circles and loops, muttering a spell beneath her breath.
Suddenly the troll’s eyes went blank. He stood up, leaving the mangled delf laying there. He went over and picked up the princess’s robe and handed it to her. Confused, the princess took it from him.
“Put it on,” Wispered Slyfoot to herself.
“Put it on.” Said the mind-dead troll.
The princess hurriedly put the dark garments on. Once she was done, the troll gently picked her up and walked back towards the shoot. Slyfoot grabbed on to the massive beast’s shoulders as she commanded her pet to crawl back up the ramp. Once at the top, the troll put down his cargo as Slyfoot hopped off, still invisible to all. Then the troll crawled back down the hole. All one could hear was grunts and then the opening of the door. Then muffled voices of what seemed to be the troll and Kal’s father discussing the last hour.
The princess stood there in shock, completely confused as to what had just happened.
“You need help, you are hurt…” Said Slyfoot as she removed her shroud of invisibility, seeming to materialize in front of Kal’s eyes.
Kal just stood there, blinking, looking at Slyfoot with a look of incomprehension about her face.
“Come, I will take you to some one who can help ease the pain, but drink this for now.”
Slyfoot produced the flask of potion Jwiz had given her for her shoulders. She knew that her soulders would begin to ache once again, but she handed the flask over to the girl. Kal drank, and Slyfoot saw the relief wash over her. Then she took her by her small hand, coving the both of them in invisibility.
::: Now where is Rhabuka, I must find her :::: thought Slyfoot to herself.

Glubbin scratched his massive green head as if waking from a stupor, he couldnt remember anything after he had raped the delf girl. He gathered himself and left the room. Just as he closed the door, the Grand Defiler appeared in front of him.
"Is it done, Glubbin?" the aging necromancer asked, eager to hear of his daughters fate.
"Mes thinks... yes, but..." "No buts, Glubbin, I need only know one thing... did she suffer for her insolence?" his leering smile now impossible to hide he anxiously awaited the trolls report.
"Me do'd the job gud, Filer sir, but mes think yoo need no bout leetle delf gurl.. she no had man beefor Glubbin, me thinks" the troll stammered, afraid of answering wrong.
"So... what you mean to tell me is she is- was- an innocent?" the Grand Defiler spoke slowly, carefully as if tasting each word as it rolled from his tounge.
"...me no shur, but me thinks so... leetle delf bleed alot ha ha ha." Glubbin replied, more sure of himself now than ever before.
"well, then your work here in Neriak is done, troll, take this :::hands Glubbin 10 Tunar::: and consider your fee paid. I shall send word to your masters you are to be rewarded for your... services, shall we say? Now begone before I decide to kill you for sport."
And with that the Grand Defiler disapperated to the trolls relief. Glubbin jingled his new found fortune in his hand as he walked into the first pub he saw. He sat at the table closest to the side door, and ordered a pint of the finest dwarven ale they had. He raised the flask to his lips, took a sip, and congratulated himself on a job well done.
"Mes thinks no bad come to mes now, the Filer watches Glubbin now, and may be hes giving Glubbin more Tunars fur his gud werk." he said, half laughing to himself as the pub emptied.

Slyfoot gently guided the girl out of Neriak. As she approached the coachman she whispered to her, “Stay quite now, you will be fine.”
Slyfoot revealed herself. “Get me the strongest and fastest steed you have in this pathetic excuse for stable.”
“And just why should I do that missy?” spat the coachman.
Slyfoot’s red eyes glowed, “Because I rather fancy the taste of fresh flowing blood.” The coachman quivered at Slyfoot began to weave a spell into the air.
“Here! Here is the best steed we have.”
“For your sake, it had better be.” Slyfoot’s eye flashed as she grabbed the reins and started walking towards Freeport. Once out of sight, Slyfoot pause and turned to Kal, still invisible to any other‘s sight. She looked awfully confused, but Sly could tell she was in pain. “Here now, get on the horse.” Slyfoot heaved the little delf’s body onto the great beast being as careful as she could not to cause the little one anymore pain. She grimaced as she felt her own wounds cry, her shoulders sent surges of pain through her body. Once she had the girl on the horse, she climbed upon the beast and raced to the city of Freeport.
::: Rhabuka, I cannot find you, so I must call upon another…..I know, Wilken’s mother….she can take care of this….:::
Slyfoot left the exhausted horse with the coachman there without a word. She lead Kal through the streets, leaving her hidden under her invisible guise. She took her to the second floor at the Inn…the same bed she had been in not to long ago.
“Come now, lay down here, no one can see you, and no one will disturb you. Wait for a girl named Wilkens to come to you. She has a very scarred face. She will help you. Here, take the last of the potion, drink it, it will help with the pain. Oh, and here, take this tunar, give it to the woman who helps to heal you.”
And with that, the enchantress turned and left without looking back, only stopping to pay the Innkeeper for the bed and to tell him no one was to go near it.
