Pollarius stalked ahead padding quietly behind the young human. This human was far from Stormwind and Pollarius wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to rid the world of one more wretched human.
The human stopped and so did Pollarius. The troll, Pollarius was trained to be quiet, quick and deadly. It was only once in a while when someone had seen him when he hadn't intended it. Today was not one of those days. The human lazily plopped down on the ground and lounged.
Pollarius' dark hair blew in the wind and swayed like the grass. His meager armor creaked quietly as he sprang into motion from behind the human. His knife drove home into the lung of the human who sucked in breath with the blow. Pollarius rolled forward and slashed at the human again landing a wicked gash across the man's face.
The human's face paled as he tried to draw out his sword and attack, but Pollarius was faster and darted behind the man again this time burying his dagger to the hilt in the man's kiddney. He whispered with ragged breath into the man's pale ear.
"Better luck next time, dirty human."
Pollarius withdrew the blade and blood flowed from the wound. The man tried desparetly to stop the flow and escape, but his life had expired within seconds. The man dropped the sword in the dirt and then the body fell next. Pollarius wiped his blade on the man's clothes and rumaged through his pockets. Nothing of use he thought and headed back home for the night.
