In the movie, when Frodo first began his journey, Bilbo was 111 years old. At the end of the book it said that there were 13months to the day when they returned to the Shire. From the looks of Sam's children when he goes back to the Shire after seeing Frodo and Bilbo off on the ship, his oldest is around 5yrs old. So I'm guessing he's between 112 and 116 yrs old when he boards the ship.
(Although I made that look really long and all proffesional...I'm just guessing here.)
